Come on a journey to New Orleans, down in the French Quarter, to the heart of Jackson Square, where you will discover a dining experience unlike any other, celebrating the fine Creole cuisine and culture of New Orleans.

Muriel's Jackson Square is currently seeking an experienced Sous Chef to assist in the supervision of the culinary team. Responsibilities of the Sous Chef include, but are not limited to, food preparation and presentation, culinary employee training and development, food and labor cost controls, sanitation and safety, and menu development under the guidance of the Executive Chef.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of two years experience as a Sous Chef in an upscale restaurant. New Orleans restaurant experience and local references are required. An excellent knowledge of Creole cuisine and flavors is required. The Sous Chef will work a varied scheduled that includes days, nights, weekends and holidays.
